Our figures are designed in a 3D software package called ZBrush. Each figure is meticulously posed and detail added down to the show strings and facial expressions! This is a very slow and tedious process that takes around 12-14 hours per figure. The digital files (.stl and .obj) are not for sale.

Last minute of the game…one coach nervously steadies his hand around the TTQBs base, pulls back the eighth arm, and delivers the perfect pass to his receiver! He has no time to celebrate outside the slightly upturned outer lip, he has to aim his receiver towards the end zone and the victory. The defensive coach, helpless up to this point, readies his safeties who have been tweaked to perfection and have a low center of gravity to prevent the touchdown and assure the win. The switch is passed and the action is instantly electronically generated. The safeties speed toward the receiver, the receiver racing to avoid them and score…then, with a thunderous explosion of cracking plastic, the safety hits the unsteady receiver, knocking him over, recording the fumble and winning the game!!!

Our figures are professionally printed at a factory in China using start-of-the-art printers we couldn’t begin to afford. They are printed in a white ABS life resin and are very durable for a 3D print.
At ITZ, we are always looking for ways to make the game and our products better. Base Lock is a way to keep the figure attached to the base better. It works by using two small tabs under the base that lock into the
holes required for the injection molding process.Thus the figure “snaps” into the base providing a more sturdy connection.
Another ITZ Benefit is the player SKU number is printed on the bottom of the platform making it easy for you to figure out which figure it is!

Base Lock Technology was developed by ITZ to keep your players where they belong…ON THE BASE! There are tabs that click into the bottom of the base to lock the figure into the base!
Each figure is sculpted digitally in ZBrush. Our goal is to produce the most realistic figures possible in that scale. Each figure takes approximately 12-14 hours to design.
All of our figures are test printed before manufacture. While some of our poses may not look balanced, they definitely are!
